San Jose has some of the best Vietnamese food in the Bay Area. Today I will be reviewing Banh Canh 3 Mien in Vietnam Town/Little Saigon, San Jose and showing you bánh canh, a delicious, thick Vietnamese noodle dish made from tapioca flour. It is often referred to as "Vietnamese udon" because of its thickness (although as you'll learn in my video, I don't care for that comparison!).
