Is there some kind of HDR effect in NewDark that can be enabled? When you went through the door at 34:13, the screen automatically went brighter in that dark area. Edit: I don't see this on desktop, must be my phone or the YT app doing something. Would be nice if Thief NewDark had automatic gamma adjustment implemented.

Underwater tends to be adversely impacted in a similar way - it needs more quality pumped into it to look good.
Having now looked at your uploads, I notice you're uploading videos in 1080p. RU-vid re-encodes videos with a quality based on resolution, so upload in 1440p at minimum to get an acceptable quality (4k will be even better but 1440p is good, 1080p is much worse). Even if you're not / can't record in higher than 1080p, simply upscale the video to 1440p+ and the RU-vid quality will be greatly improved.

You mean the canceled "Exit the ruins" objective at the end of The Haunted Cathedral? Yes, it always cancels. And yes, TFix for TDP adds fire shadows, which is a decision i don't agree with. It's supposed to be TDP, and fire shadows weren't in there originally. It's not the original experience. Yes it's a "gameplay fix" because it's a fire arrow source if you don't have them, but you can run out of water arrows too so it's not like it prevents softlocking if you're really determined. Meh.
