Thierry Henry played with some of the world's greatest ever footballers during his time as a professional. As well as partnering Lionel Messi at Barcelona, he also was the chief beneficiary of Zinedine Zidane's superhuman creativity throughout the early to mid-2000s.
And yet, when asked who was the best he ever played with, neither came to mind. Instead, the Frenchmen picked one of his former Arsenal teammates.
When Henry arrived at Arsenal in 1999, he soon found something of a footballing kindred spirit in the form of Dennis Bergkamp.
The pair had an almost telepathic understanding in attack, with Henry assuming the role of scorer, and Bergkamp the provider. Bergkamp signed for Arsenal in 1995, with Henry added to the ranks four years later - having previously worked under Arsene Wenger at Monaco.
