Thierry Henry reacts after being included in Premier League Hall Of Fame 

Shoulda won the ballon Dor or FIFA world player of the year in 04 and possibly 03. If u compare Ronaldinho and Schevchenkos stats and trophies to his in 04 then he clearly deserved it. Dinho won nothing that year and his stats were Miles off Henry’s. Not to mention: invincibles... In 03 it was Zidane.. arguable, though Henry pipped him in both goals and assists. Still believe his record of 25 in the PL stands unless KDB took it. Obviously there’s overall play too, but I don’t think he took a backseat from any of them in those years!

I think Henry style of play was much better than Ronaldo. Ronaldo is more prolific, but not as beautiful to watch. Novak has won more tennis 🎾 than Nadal but everyone agrees Nadal plays the attractive game.

@@eldio2124I can list off facts to back up my opinion too, but that is all it is an opinion. whether a player is the best is purely subjective and immeasurable. You may think 4 golden boots and a couple of titles means he's the best I disagree. To me scoring in 20 consecutive seasons winning 13 titles or winning The Balloon D'Or while playing in England is more of an achievement and no doubt you'll disagree with that. Now you can continue to assert your subjective opinion as objective fact and look like an arrogant imbecile or you can show some humility and say that in your opinion Henry is the best player in the league ever.

You're correct Ronaldo didn't hit his prime until he was at Madrid, but he was still good enough to be crowned the best footballer in the world while at United. Remind me how many times Henry was awarded that accolade while at Arsenal? Also, 3 league titles in a row a champions league win and world club champions win is not a one season wonder. Henry was a fantastic player, but to say Ronaldo wasn't a patch on him is pure fanboy nonsense.

It’s not a team award mate it’s an individual award what they’ve done here they’ve rewarded the all time leading goal scorer and the best PL player off all time not the greatest team of all time

Henry was a sub. Giggs was meant to be inducted but to induct him just after his arrest would have been a PR nightmare, so Henry replaced him.

Well name me one United player better than Henry lol and it’s not a team award it’s a individual award and no player in United history comes close to Henry apart from ronaldo who is overral better than Henry but he only played 5 years and has less than 100 goals so technically doesn’t really fit the bill
