I def know how you feel! In the beginning of what was happening, I would always check the news and it created so much anxiety for me. I had to take a step back from social media and the news and it helped a lot Sending you lots of love 💕 we have such similar thin hair! Love seeing how you get it sooo thick and full 😍

Thanks Katherine 💖 at times i felt like I needed to be watching all the news updates And reading all the articles to be better informed and updated about what was going on and it just built up so much anxiety and really took a toll on me mentally. I agree stepping back has really helped and just staying more positive too!
