You don’t have to shovel snow from front yard grass!!!!, you are only required to shovel snow from the public walkway if you have a walk way in front of your property its a by law. Yes you are required to cut your front lawn grass in summer that’s also a city bylaw in most provinces. You may or may not shovel snow from your driveway it’s up to you, but walkway has to be clean after snowfall.
So similar to Australian housing style also from the drive way to the footpath there has to be a certain distance. Our backyard is big, and our drive way we can park three cars
