I had the same issues with that bale grabber. I kept bumping the wagon and dumping my bales...frustrating and funny at the same time. Thank you for yet another outstanding series. Take care.
@@TheFarmSimGuy , efficient but hardly realistic (and you did say you are trying to be realistic, or at least semi-realistic). As I am sure you know, after mowing the grass is left to dry in the sun for a while, then tedded to turn up the still wet grass from underneath, left to dry further, then wind-rowed and baled. And the grass may be tedded several times before rowing and baling - see recent videos by Funky Farmer to see some dedicated tedder action, and no 10m equipment there either! One of the things I like about the wonderful Maizeplus mod is the multi-stage mowing, conditioning, and tedding - great for realism although I can see why it wouldn’t work in a series like this as it would slow down the action and narrative.
On Bally Spring I've noticed that when contract completes at the biogass plant the bales left for other contracts don't sell, and revert back to zero percent fermentation. Don't know what conditions are causing it, probably something I've been doing. So I usually unload near sell point and put them in one by one till the contract completes, then steal away with the rest.
If you need to sell the bales at different places you could take the trailer on the JCB and take the bales off instead of driving over the sell point. Great vid FSG
when you take bales to the wrong sell point, they sell, just like they're yours. this means you don't have enough bales for the contract, and you end up either buying them, or failing the contract and paying a forfeit. Also, yes, any of your own bales you supply will count towards the contract. you don't lose out though, you still have the same amount extra to sell ;)
Yes, that is correct. A contract expects a certain amount of litres to be delivered to the preset sellpoint complete the contract. It does not matter if it comes from your fields or another contract with the same crop. The contract will use the litres you dump in to complete the contract. Eg. If you select a Canola contract, and the contract expects 15000l and the field yields 20000 litres. You will get the 5000l as a bonus. Also, if you dump Canola from your own fields in the contract sell point, it will count towards the contract. But at the end, it will all balance out. You won't loose or gain anything.
Oh just incase u havent figured it out yet when it counts the bales from one contract for the other u can still bale that other field and sell the grass from it just because its completed aslong as u havent collected u can still mow/bale it and collect then turn it in instead of just turning it in and loosing all that extra profit
It shows that you are really having fun with this series. I thought I was stacking ( knocking over) Those bales for a minute. I glad you didn’t edit that out. That added to the episode for me. Thanks for another great episode. You have an amazing talent my friend.
I unfortunately found out that the bales do sell at the wrong sell point, I never thought on buying silage bales as some have suggested but I did a little creative work and changed the contract status in the xml to complete. Honest mistake, not so honest solution!
Its great to see you doing so well but always remember to be grateful for what you have fsg never get complacent i know another guy round the other side of the world who was in a helicopter crash and having to plough forests by hand just to survive 😂
That was a stroke of luck they were both going to the same sell point. Your bales and any left over from a contract will count towards another contract. I love that bale grabber though. Great to see you having fun and enjoying the game mate. Sometimes you just gotta let your hair down 😂 Great episode and series my friend 😎☃️
Brilliant episode FSG, really, really enjoyed this one. 👏👏👏👏 With regards to the slight bale spillage, I reckon you where just practising for a night at the ten pin bowling. 🤣🎳
Great episode FSG and great content as always and you picked some nice equipment plus everyone knocks bails over and keep up with the excellent content 👏👏👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The bales will sell and you get the money but nothing goes to the contract. Also when you do a contract and bale, the bale becomes yours, not the owner.. Look at a bale after you wrap it, it tells ya.
Such a great series!! Very excited to see the rest of the new equipment in action. Hopefully a bailer that can make larger bales in the near future?? 🚜👨🏻🌾
This and episode 22 are the wrong way around in the playlist mate, i got confussed when the sillage bales had just dissapeared from the fields so just a heads up.
@@TheFarmSimGuy i am terrible for it even on my games that nobody else ever see's, i had the old tw15 and had to make it a B Reg and i dont know why i have to do it, must be a little ocd or something
Switch off the bailer to change the bale size, as long as the machine is running it won't change size(as long as the baler supports it). What's the difference between an autoload bale spike vs a complete autoload trailer, neither very realistic, I prefer the Anderson bale trailers for that reason.
