chapter: “self care, do care” spent the past month or so focusing on doing things to ensure others’ (direct reports, family, SO, etc.) happiness and well-being, but it stressed me out and i stopped taking care of my mind and body. never realized how much stress could impact your actual body functions, so it was a huge wake up call that i can’t really help anyone else unless i’m actually functioning as well. your videos about being in the right mindset and taking time to process your feelings really resonated with me, so thank you! @cookieebal I'd say this chapter of my life is "Time to get My Shit Together and Grow Up." I've worked hard in my personal life to really understand myself and grow into a better person for the last few years, and I think I've made a great amount of progress. However, I feel like I've been kind of putting professional life on autopilot and not really taking steps to grow that aspect of my life. Even though I did try out something that ultimately didn't pan out, I realized this year that it's time to stop being so afraid and take the steps to really reach my full potential in my career. I've been working to change this during this past half year, and I'm looking forward to really stepping it up next year. Also, love you for always being so honest with all of us. I've always loved your passion, kindness, and most of all, your authenticity. Thanks for sharing parts of your life with us!

Jenn I love you . I love your personality and just who you are. I actually unsubscribed you for about a 6 months after being your fan for over 4 years bcz I was seeing so much advertisement from so many youtubers and also I My focus has been shifted from beauty products & clothes to meaningfulness and downsizing.. (I unsubed a lot of beauty guru at this point as well) but your video popped up a few days ago and I watched your video out of curiosity to see how you are doing and I realised that I missed you a lot.
