In the beginning, the example with the recruiter, if it hadn't been through a recruiter, would it still be 10 months? I would think that a small employer might not be able to cover multiple severance claims and would just close leaving the employees without severance.

I work for the city of Hamilton and I must be vaccinated by May 31st or be terminated. I am non unionized.

There is a real good chance this bs will be over soon, but if not , that is not just cause and you are owed severance, these guys hvae a severance calculator look it up

Hi I was terminated via email while out on sick leave due to tested positive for covid on the job. I was out for 10 days authorize by a doctor but was terminated with 6 days. I was not given a reason for termination in the email they sent me . I was told to contact them if I need to know why I was terminated

This morning I went to work 11:30 just I passing my supervisor office he called me saying if I had a minute I say yes when I went inside he gave me a paper stating he terminated me for no reason so I ask him what I did he say on reason. So what can I do.

I am being forced to move into cyber security and not being paid while forced into it please help me wth my case, as i haveno training in this domain and do not want the training on my home network or phoen iether. I do not want to work in cybersecurity and work is forcing me to work in this as i am working with crininals

Lost my job in 2030 because of mask wearing was placed on leave the max 1 year only then terminated still not able to wear mask compromising my bodily functions was with company 12 years no severance. Can they do this they said not to show up so they can terminate me
