The competition is hotting up, it's officially Chemistry Week! Every Sophie will have a Sky, and every Sky will have a Sophie, but who will be making sparks fly in Corfu?
Stevie and Owen, wow they really got chemistry going there. Would be awesome to see the whole performance but I'm happy to get what we get so thank you for the music hehe. I thought Maisy and Craig did good, put good effort in for sure. Esme and Marcellus really enjoyable and believable, working on nerves, I really believe in Esme and Marc, love their performance too. Love Zach's "punch through air" of the song, didn't feel the chemistry as much but good effort, Zach and Leah. Callum and Stephanie were really good, loved their chemistry. Desmonda's acting skill is out of this park awesome, love it, and same with Tobias. Callum and Stephanie really sound like Sky and Sophie from movie... I listened without watching one of the times I watched it over, and wow so real with the chemistry. (sorry I prob shouldnt be judging lol, but I couldn't help it, it had to be you.) Ok that's all
So for me the standouts deffo were Stevie and Tobias. I think the thing is that chemistry needs to be a mixture of things. It's got to be romantic but also a bit dorky, funny and as if these two are so in love with each other and they really got it.
I have this weird feeling that Owen might not get Sky out of this but...another gig like Les Mis or Moulin that would fit him a little better vocally and be actually more substantial. I have the same feeling for Craig. They just don't feel like Sky to me at all.
