I found a place in Temple TX that's basically in a basement of the "most haunted building" in Temple!!! I think a ghost gave me taburculosus!!!lmao. Awesome grabs!!!
Haha! That would be fun and scary to hunt in that place. And you never know while you hunt for comics and antiques…maybe the ghosts are hunting you. Yikes.
@@AlextheComicHoarder hahaha! Still have to evaluate if breathing that old dust is worth the hunt. Maybe a comic/ghost hunter channel might be successful.lmao
Yeah. They have some really cool places. Both west and east sides have cool antique malls with tons of comic and a cool card/comic shop in that area too.
Funny they had a bible placed right next to that doll lol. I would have picked up the Marvel Mysteries book for the same reason, no cover but at least you can read the stories. Nice Alex Schomburg book too! Great video Alex!
Yep! That Bible was maybe offering a little protection from that creepy doll. The stack of golden age you see in the thumbnail…I actually accidentally missed looking through it. Haha. I wonder what is on there.
Really enjoy your enthusiasm for the Golden Age. Hope you do a video on finding or producing a cover for that Marvel Mystery Comic. Can you tell me which number that book is?
I am so envious of you. Your ability to take a press and fix spine rolls or makes your collection so much nicer. I have hundreds of books that I would love to fix but I’m just too afraid of taking the risk and cannot afford to hire someone to do it for me.
Good evening alex Great show sir and obvisouly that coverless comic means more than a lot of the other stuff you grabbed. Its value as a piece of history is without measure, all the people who worked on it are but memories, let us keep remembering. Cheers Al The Goldkeyfourcolorkidownunda
