Awesome vid again Ryan! Fun to see you keeping it real with us. Good to know about the red light cameras. I bet I have a ticket on the way lol. I didn't know about the safety concerns on EC Row I'll be better about merging quickly! lol sorry! Yup, downtown sucks. I remember way back in the early 2000's when Oullette was poppin man we would drive 3 hours from KW and have a blast
Down towns Dr Disc should move to Ottawa street or somewhere in Walkerville and get away from that dead down town. I would visit them more often if they did move.
I live downtown and I am starting not to be safe because of one thing you said homeless it not safe, I also lived here all my life in the summer time I get threatened by homeless people and I am also a senior citizen
So it doesn't snow a lot in Windsor? Not even for Christmas or during January? Sorry, I'm starting to consider moving from Edmonton to Windsor in 2024 and I'm doing a lot of remote observations before actually visiting (never been) and making any decisions.
We’re 18 days out from Christmas now and grass is green. Usually we get a bit of snow for a week or so but I didn’t shovel once last year. Just dumped some salt on the porch and it melted away overnight
Hate to break it to you but red light tickets are legit. I've seen several in my employment. They are common across Ontario and I fully believe that those numbers are accurate. They are not unique to Windsor.
I feel like 98% are just people who were going through a yellow - but the light turned red one millisecond before they entered the intersection. A ticket for that seem unnecessary , it’s just trying to take advantage of people. Like I said in the video - there is a delay at lights to accommodate someone still going through the intersection. This isn’t a safety issue, it’s a monetary issue
@@ryancrits8180 I used to feel that way until I saw the tickets and I saw several as a fleet manager. Vehicle must be clearly beyond the stop line with a red light. If the light is yellow at the stop line, no ticket. If you want to discuss those speed cameras I 'd agree with you. There are so many people who run red lights it's an embarrassment. My last visit in Windsor I watched four cars turn left on the red. Four! There are far bigger things to complain about than those cameras that are everywhere across the province.
You have to take a series of courses through The Appraisal Institute of Canada, administered by the university of British Columbia. The AIC website will have more info
Windsor Arena should've been built downtown 100% But our ex Mayor Eddie Frances Traded Our Tax Payers Prime Real Estate Land To his cuzin for that crap land where they put our Spitfires.. . I Love Windsor great Community living majority of people are Decent helping people. Thanks for video Windsor. Bro I got that Red Light Ticket on Huron @ College Ave, I came to a roll stop becuz it was clear green turning signal was on. But I agree with ya But you forgot to mention they repair ECROW & Tec east/west and Wyandotte st bottle neck the whole City 100%
So frustrating! I got a ticket going through a yellow and the ticket said the light was red for 0.01 seconds when I entered the intersection. Ugh And yeah your right about those intersections and I’ve heard that about Eddie
