After careful consideration I am decommiting from Florida State too. Which is bad news for them because after this season they'll regret not having this 40 year old factory worker.
@@nemesismm1006 my greatest strength is that I can b*tch and moan about what they're doing wrong and what I'd do if it was me. It's the intangible attributes like that that can't be coached. You either have it or you don't. Besides I'm forklift certified. Double threat!
@@luvkeno MJ might be better at basketball than me, but I would completely embarrass him operating a Milacron injection mold machine. Best believe that! 😂
They thought the grass was greener on the other side but we did not need them anyways everyone who has left bama except for downs maybe has had it worst
Remember, KJ Bolden decommited from Florida state and flipped to UGA last year. Did that 63-3 loss play a role, idk but he did say “My decision came down to just the place I felt like could get me to the ultimate goal of playing in the NFL”. Seeing how things are in hindsight, bro dodged a bullet Forsure. Edit: idk why auto correct made me put Heinz sight instead of hindsight.
Couldn’t agree more Bro about your take on Florida State. My Longhorns picked up a commitment from one of those recruits Myron Charles and now they’re in the running for the guy you featured Hillson. There’s a few other Florida kids that we SEC schools are chasing as well. I’m sure Bama will get some and Georgia too.
The fact is - almost any team looks better. Except maybe FU. And Long Island U (went down to Ft Worth and got blasted. But LIU was a DivIII program an hour beforce that game).
6L23 FINALLY someone is saying that DJU is the scapegoat. Mike has not developed an in-house QB in the 5 years that he has been here. DJU cannot produce with a porous offensive line. The tackling and defensive line are bad too.
Mike Norvell is the one who put the team together. Mike is the one who can't recruit. FSU fans are dumb af to blame players instead of the guy in charge. People aren't going to want to play for FSU as long as this guy is around
Mike Norvell. Is the Head Coach. He’s the one in charge. If the team is bad, he’s bad. Can’t believe people thought he’s the best coach in the ACC, he’s doo doo.
Waiting for someone to explain to me what "culture" is since it is an overused word. Last year everyone said Norvell changed the culture and suddenly after 2 games there is NO culture. Anyone else likes using buzz words to make their page look good? Seriously, explain to me what you see.
there is no definition to define “culture” and that’s because culture looks different everywhere, for some reason or another. different teams pride each other in different aspects of the game, it’s a thing where you either see it or you don’t.
Is it Norvell who’s “ruining next years team” or is it the culture that has existed in Tallahassee long before Norvell arrived on campus? I’m a native Memphian, went to school there, Coached there. By default I’m a fan 😂. I’ve also lived in Tallahassee. Norvell is a very good coach. DJ and him are not a fit. Norvell takes time with his QB’s to develop their confidence and knowledge of how to run HIS offense… he’s not a Callipari who specializes in “One and Done”. DJ needs a psychologist not a coach as do most young athletes. Norvell will have to do something that is against his nature right now- replace the QB or let go of his offense and let DJ run it for the most part. Good luck cinnamon rolls except for this Saturday. GTG! (Go Tigers Go)
Interesting, Matt and Shannon are both Bald. I think there might be something to this. Someone at the negotiation said afterward they saw “Matt and Shannon sitting in a tree. #mattbebald
Memphis vs Florida state. Norvel's former team vs his current one..an interesting match up. It will be a bad look if the school he left beats them after 5 years.
Don't necessarily agree what you said about playing for better schools that have a chance to play in the NFL. He just committed to Texas and a great NIL deal. These 4 and 5 star players are going to play for whoever gives them the most money. Walter Patton who played for Jackson State said if you got talent the NFL will find you. Sad to say it's going to be 10 schools that compete for the NC every year. The 10 richest schools. Ever watch Monday night football and listen to the players from what school they came from will really surprise you the small schools that you never heard of before.
As a arizona fan, I just glad you mentioned us. Let alone, pick us to win. I can tell you our offense looked good against NM. And the our defense looked good against NAU. But that's the thing about arizona football. You never really know what your gonna get.
Matt.. do you feel like me and think this start times are kind of out of sorts.. still can’t believe Ga/Clem was a noon kickoff. I feel like ESPN has overbooked itself with so many games.. and don’t get me started on some of the commentators.. awful
Since I started watching this channel, you be going hard on Florida State! What’s up with that? You can clearly see your dis like for the program cause you never miss a chance to take a shot at the program smh ‼️
And you just lost to Memphis at home and are now 0-3! Looks like I was right when I told FSU fans before the GA Tech game that this is the same FSU team (outside new freshman recruits and transfer people that lost to UGA in the biggest Bowl loss Ever!) Now the silly people will say, but that FSU team that loss to UGA did not have their players (UGA was missing Key Players as well) but the logic fallacy in the argument is that the players that did play in that game are the one's playing this season. The one's that did not play were the Seniors or those going to the NFL! Otherwise they have to play really! So the team they put out against UGA is now basically the team this year, without the transfer additions or Freshman starting! You just lost to Memphis at Home!!!!!!!!!!
They have relied on the transfer portal to fill their recruiting holes and have not done a good job of developing the talent they have. Norvel is not that good of a coach.
Matt, You Seriously Have To Talk About The 2015 Dual Threat QB Rankings, Insane List Of QBs, Even The Guys That Didnt Make It To The NFL, If You Dont, I Will And Make A Vid Out Of It Lol
You missed one. I think Testicle Tech covers the spread against Miami. They're not gonna win the game outright, but Cristobal will eff up some coaching decisions enough to have Miami not cover.
This same person was committed to Alabama before he committed to Florida State. Did any Florida State fan make a video about his decomittment from Alabama? Nope. None did because no one cared. I'm thankful he did this in September and not on signing day. He'd be a good fit for FSU but there were always questions about how solid his commitment was and if you're an Alabama fan I'm sure you can relate to that. Let's allow Javion Hilson to talk to you Alabama fans about the culture at FSU, from his firsthand perspective: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IsWVZ6wxNlg.htmlsi=qxVRIg0ZPUg8i7L9
Norvelle may be fired before the end of the season. FSU needs to hit the reset button. This is opening the door for Coach Prime to come back, as he won't have any other opportunity to coach at any level other than high school after this season. He ain't gonna be in Colorado when Travis and his sons leave.
I stopped watching most bowl games because the guys who are declaring for the NFL or changing teams for the most part aren't even playing. You are basically watching the teams for next year.
Can anyone answer this question betting question for me? For example Kansas State is a 7 point favorite to win. -7. So does that mean if they win by exactly 7 do you get paid? Or do they have to win by more than 7? Im confused because its usually half points. Like -6.5
Are you trolling? FSU got ripped off last year. They were undefeated and didn't get in. Half their starting team didn't play in the bowl game against Georgia. Of course they are gonna get their as whipped. How are you to suppose explain that to recruits? FSU's 2023 season is a result of biased people calling shots that have no business making them.
Recruits can see with their own two eyes the difference between the culture of two programs who got screwed by a 4 team playoff - one of those teams fielded a credible team in the bowl game and beat the ever-living @#$@$ out of the other. Which culture do you think recruits want to join?
Recruits aren’t as oblivious as you clearly think they are. They know all those points you just made, but unlike you, they aren’t burying their heads in the sand neither. They can see there’s more going on at FSU than just getting screwed over by a “committee.” There’s serious “culture” issues there to drop their first two games against GT and BC in the WAY they lost those two games. BTW… GO VOLS, BABY!!!🍊
Yeah, this year kind of debunked the big Florida straight victimization role don’t you think my friend ? Florida State did not belong in a playoffs. anybody that knows college football knows another team was undefeated they didn’t get in the college football playoffs, but didn’t cry about it. The committee actually did Florida State a solid because they would’ve been absolutely embarrassed just like they were in that bowl game. Florida State it’s time to grow up and thank goodness this is happening to you this year and by the way I used to Florida State last year’s debacle with their fans and their coach.
Over reaction lol i guess you need content and FSU is a grest brand for getting it. FSU will always get talent be ause of its location and history regardless who cosches. That aside Norvell has to improve his scheming and play calling. Lets not forget a ton of talent went to the NFL
