You can use your speed camera alerts in France. They are however refered to as dangerous road segment.

That was quite informative. Can you put up some links in the description for the websites you mentioned? You mentioned scanning the V5C. Best to scan it in at a high resolution and then reducing the size in a photo editing program. That way you end up with a better image quality than if you scanned it in a lower resolution. Asda wanted to introduce a £99 pre-authorisation charge at their petrol stations but there was some uproar over it and it didn't happen. The bulb discussion has given me an idea for a video so if I make said video I will say that it was you who inspired me. It was good to see Summer at the end of the video. You need to feature her more in your videos. You could do a video about your experiences with the pet passport. I know that Bob Earnshaw has done this but it would be nice to see your perspective. Mark, don't forget to address any advisories once the car's been MoTd. They could be next years failures. It sounds like you've most if not all the bases covered with the work you've already done.

Just to explain the fuel machines we just used our credit card and it only takes the amount you used and I was using this for 5 weeks with no issues.

Could I just add a little something, if your vehicle gives you trouble on the French motorway try if possible to limp to an Aerie,this happened to us and our break down service Green Flag came out to us and got us going in half an hour.He said he could not help, as you said on the M way.

all modern cars have headlight adjustment dials which I have and it works fine but like you said older cars need the sticker. Well done to the both of you.

I suggest you take photos of all the documents on your smartphone, and back this up to a USB memory stick. I found this useful, as many authorities will accept the photos.

Green flag run Mayday which is Caravan Club. There are NO length restrictions (or weight restrictions). I watched your vlog, saw your error, texted CAMC and I have their reply. You may feel the need to correct your vlog. I’ve been to France. Holland. Belgium. Spain and Portugal several times now. Never had any bother.

The tyre regulations that you mention that they have to be the same make only applies to French registered vehicles

If in doubt carry a lighting board in the caravan saves time trying to fix the bulb on the side of the road worked for me well in France this year and stay off the motorways if possible.
