The closest supercharger from me is about 30 miles. Before I bought my tesla I considered that a possible problem. After I got it, I learned I can charge at home.
Currently looking at a 2017 MS 90D with about 70k miles on it that is incorrectly advertised as a 75D. FSD fully loaded just missing free supercharging which is something we wanted to have. This would be our first Tesla so you think FUSC is worth passing up on the opportunity?
Depends on how much you anticipate road trips OR if you live in an apartment. If you live in an apartment it wouldn’t surprise me if supercharging costs you the same as gas over time. If you only plan to use on road trips it will not be a big deal. I personally saved about 400 this year by not having to pay for supercharging. I am about to release a video of my annual cost for 1 year of driving. I personally only supercharge on road trips which are not that common for my family.
@@DrewsReviews2023 got it! I have a daughter who plays on a regional team and so trips are frequently up and down the east coast. I’ll continue the search then.
@@DrewsReviews2023 😂😂😂 you are 100% right on that. I have been using a decoder for the vin. Some cars show up most do not. It at least will tell me if it had SC01 at some point for those that do show up. 99% of dealers are oblivious to how to check. That 90D mentioned above may be warrantied until late 2025 I may just take it after the test drive.
