those are useless tips. you are not changing oil or aur filter before buying a bike. this is more of an after purchase stuff

i dont need to see the bike, just the owner and preferably their place of living... wtf is oil check gonna tel you? every fool is gonna change oil before selling... first you check if engine was opened, and one can see that if every bolt and nut is clean or cleaner than surroundings, there is always a clue, one just needs good flashlight, lil mirror, and calm composure while doing it, so once you establish the real mileage, then you look if it looks younger or older than it's formal age... if it looks younger -marriage, if not; bye bye

tip: don't buy a used bike ever, specially a modded bike.
