My husband used to take forever to hang out washing because he would try and match the colour of the pegs to the colour of the clothes. I got all new pegs that didn't match any of our clothes. He's much better now lol.

I know my grandmothers always hung out the laundry to dry, and this was in California... we call them clothes pins to hang up the clothes and the bedding. Both my grandmothers were so good at spacing out the clothes, after everything was dry, they did a lot of ironing. I still can smell the steam and the spray starch. I have a nice washer and dryer, I like to iron out my clothes and my hubby’s clothes and the bed sheets. But I’m so glad my hubby helps with the laundry, he does alright... 😉😁

My husband hates how I do the washing. He does it on the weekends because I don't do it right... ie, use 15 litres of washing liquid in one wash. I was my stuff separately, he can have his foaming pants if he's caught in the rain. Ha.

My hubby likes to push the pegs down to the tightest hole. It takes great strength to remove them and the mark doesn’t iron out 😑
