Now this video is excellent! Nothing on RU-vid is as clear as this video, for someone aspiring to get into Data Analytics. And it's answered my Stats question. I didn't think about the communication aspect with the team, and assumed that a data analyst should know the metrics themselves. Wow this just helped me know what to expect and even improve on the quality of my own personal projects. Thanks Agatha!!❤
❤️ yes!! So glad this was helpful and you can apply this to your own projects. Thanks for the great feedback. I will try to think of more ways to add value to the videos for you guys!
Great view into the full lifecycle of an analytics project. You had me LOL @ you jumping right into making a dashboard as soon as the PM requested it and then j/k right after. 100% requirements need to be clear. This is where communication and soft skills are so important
100% agreed. LinkedIn just came out and said communication is the most in demand skill for 2024 so yes analytics and communication will be SO important for data analysts.
@@Swish2408 hey it depends on the company. It is not allowed at my work but there are other AI tools we are allowed to use so it really depends on where you're working
I love how you went through the requirement-gathering process and the critical thinking involved. You also highlighted the communication aspect. Great video!!! Please can we have more of these types of videos? I feel that a lot of people focus more on the hard skills.
Hi Agatha! I recently found your channel and I've got amazing value from your videos. I'm in the path of changing careers and taking the Google Data Analytics certificate. What you said aligns a lot with what the certificate teaches. Please show more examples, that's really helpful to know which questions to ask and how to proceed! Great content ❤ new subscriber 🎉
Hey! You’re welcome ☺️ I’m so glad it’s helpful and can be used with the certificate you’re studying for. Yes! I’m trying to think of more examples to show you guys. Thanks for the great feedback! ❤️
This video was so detailed and descriptive. I really enjoyed how you implemented the critical thinking skills on how to approach the dataset. And, the process of communicating with stakeholders, program manager, etc. Thank you so much for doing this video!!!
Thank you I would love more data project examples just like this one. I love that you explained from taking to stakeholders and asking what they want and you h gave a great example to use. I’m realizing working in marketing ( social) everyone’s examples are increasing followers or shares and I know there are other projects people work on that company’s want to see . Please more projects❤❤
Thank you and yes! This one required me to really think about the data process but I see it helps you guys a lot. I'm thinking about how to do more in different ways so good to know this was helpful! ❤
Agatha, can you please make a video on which type of projects helps the fresher to get a job and if you can also give top advices for aspiring data analyst as fresher or newcomer.. it will be a great help. Thankyou
I'm currently working in cyber security and have started toying with the idea of maybe moving into a data analyst role. I also have a background in UI and UX design, and seeing MVP, the design document and the 'user journey' of starting with the problem and working from there sound really familiar to me because of that! 😂 I'm watching a lot of your videos now, and they're very clear and concise, so thank you! You're helping me make this decision
I loved this video, I am learning the basics of SQL now and Python for data analysis and I never thought about the automation and updating of the information part, excellent advice.Especially when you advise making non-saturated dashboards to add as required, I loved it
Excel is a powerful tool but limited in the ability to work with big data. How often you use excel will vary by industry and company. When I was in healthcare I used it a lot and now in tech I hardly use it
