Great! Public should definitely gather and take the initiative on such cases. Hidden number plates and without number plates vehicles riders might become a threat to any extent to the public. Thanks to the person who removed the tape on the number plate.
I belive law is same in all cities of India but the pathetic situation of our law is. even the traffic cops cannot take action against these guys they can just warn and this has to be done 3 times before they themselves file a case in a civil police station that the rider is tampering with number plate. Then that will be followed us as a general civil case
If he breaks a signal or drives on the wrong side, cctv won't be able to get his plates to challan him. That's a crime, but there are so many of these that police can't keep track of everyone.
You are hurting others as when you get injured they will take you to a govt hospital and thus you are wasting lot of precious time and resources of public .
A funny thing happened to me in Jan this year - I was selling my bikr & came to know there was a ₹500 challan on it dated 20 Aug 2020. The fine was for pillion not wearing a helmet. The thing is that my bike was transported to Gurugram in May 2019 & returned to Bangalore on 26 Sep 2022. How then, the "great" traffic police of bangalore put a challan on a vehicle that wasn't even in the city??
my honest opinion i dont want to a friend or relative of that guy who removed number plate sticker because it's these people who provoke others this is how people get killed . its not his job to take photo of that guy and remove his sticker dont provoke other unnecesaarily it might get u or people you love into trouble. remember we control our reaction but we cant control other's reaction dont poke or provoke them .

For covering the number plate (whether intentionally or by mistake (like dirt etc) the biker should be fined double of the existing fine or straight away 5000 bucks). This is the only thing that will deter them from doing this.
totally agree if the number plates is hidden intentionally but what if its by mistake like how much do you check your vehicles number plate before driving it
In Maharashtra people print the number plate in the smallest possible font. It's difficult to read to the naked eye. The camera won't even try to scan.
Vigilantism is a punishable crime in India. No one is allowed to take law in their own hands according to law unless its self defence and protecting your family or property. Differently put, taking the law into one’s own hands could lead to injustices, or even to an effective end to law as a source of social order. This is because the person who purportedly metes out justice is most likely an interested party as opposed to an unbiased decision-maker. Several High Courts have punished these kind of people and many police of India like Delhi and Maharashtra have ask people to report the crime to then rather taking actions themselves.
Stupid laws as always. In many countries across the world putting a fake number plate is a serious criminal offence. These guys will be arrested immediately
Remember, wearing a helmet, hiding numbers plate, driving wrong side, signal jump, over speeding etc etc are not anyone's personal choices. Rule is for all. Everybody has a right when someone violates rules. Ur traffic violation can disturb or ruin somebody's else's family, u don't have that right. So, when u violate the same, everybody will automatically get the right to question or correct you.. Realise ur wrong statement in this scenario
@@venkateshinjarapu4300 You are right. There is a proper system to punish the offenders. There are sufficient number of traffic police staff deployed on roads. And many innocent people are bullied and troubled for no genuine faults. That's practical reality. The less powerful is often exploited. Laws are same for everyone ONLY ON PAPER. Imagine if it was a Thar or Fortuner type SUV with 4 muscular men inside it, instead of that bike. Will that guard in safari-suit show enough guts to remove that tape and record video? Ponder over it carefully.
@@ThirdEyeDude I see a pending challan due to a parking violation for my scooter. But the bike is not mine in the evidence photo. Mine is Activa and the evidence is some other bike. The last number is 8 and mine 5. But still they have put challan. How to challenge this
Tumhein 20-25min helmet pehennne mein dikkat ho rahi hai. Aur main yeham delivery karte waqt (ekart parcel delivery)2-3 hr tak lagatar sar par helmet laga rakhta hun(sirf naasta karte waqt helmet utarta hun).
No offence 😂but the camera reads HSRP number to, which is very small and laser printed on the number plate ,it does not matter evn if he hides his number plate
what if someone else put tape on your number plate and some random woke idiot record it and files complain ? let me try to put some tape on the bikes in some random parking lot where there is no camera ... and if the driver gets a ticket (fine) how will he justify ?
In our country people wear helmet and follow only when there is fine for it.. until people won’t learn the importance of public safety as well as there owns .. until then India will not grow at faster rate

Why people are saying he did a good job removing sticker and video recording it. It is called provoking a person . if this incident had become big fight and biker kills that person what will happen to that person family how will his wife and kids live that biker can easily escape saying in self defense he killed that person court will also believe that biker only as he is minding his own work and other guy provoked him and attacked him. What that recording person did is crime. He is provoking biker who is minding his own work and recording him and obviously verbally abusing him after removing sticker. If that person had problem he should report to traffic police at that junction then traffic police will take care of this issue. Some people might argue saying what if he commits crime and run away ?. For them my answer is only one number is covered they can still trace easily . change ur video title stupid provoking people.
fines on vehicles with violations keep on accumulating, but traffic police won't visit their houses & collect unless those vehicle users are caught. Whats the point of sending challans then? btw the question arises about safety of civilians during such situations, what if the violator retaliates, definitely very few onlookers come for help and police won't arrive immediately there.
I am sure the AI number plate based detection is created by a guy who got govt job through "reserved" quota. It should be designed to also detect the defective number plate with picture and instant challan... 3 unpaid challan..issue warrant for the owner
You are insulting the reservation quota. All these systems are done by private companies who don't have any job reservations. So called Make in India companies steal the code from internet and use it in there AI products.
Firstly you don't even know that his tape trick actually worked ...Secondly the ai detection software is definetly not made by the govt they only buy the tech ..Ive seen a chinese or korean guy working on the new traffic lights so i assume its the same for the cameras
Sir if we go to remove without taking video definitely they will fight back and start to abuse and may push or punch also so please everyone use video while doing this things bcoz nowadays public police and politicians are only fear for camera and video so please use it as proof where ever as possible in positive and good way
Yes this is very dangerous to do as they fight back. Please consider your safety as priority. Personally I don't recommend anyone doing this as people who mask number plate do not hesitate to physically harm people
