When you are working out or performing any task, and you are thinking about how strong you can be, or how weak you were in the past, then your are not fully committed to the present moment where all your energy can be used. Goals are useful, but during the actual task you are performing you need to forget those labels of strong and weak, or anything else. Focus on what is in front of you!
