I can't remember how I discovered this practice but I believe it has helped to stimulate my 👁️: Meditate by focusing on a candle flame. Closing your eyes, you should still be able to see the illumination of that flame. Try to focus on it; keeping it in the area between your eyes where your 👁️is located. It may begin to float/move but try to keep focus and move it back to the area between your eyes. I get sensations in that area at times.... throbbing, a slight pull to one side, and sometimes a slight ache; I won't call it pain. I anoint the area with different oils, Florida water (cleanse/clear), La Madama oil when in Divination is my favorite. I've had positive results from these practices with no negative side effects. I must conclude by showing 💞💕💛🦚to Elemi and Yeyeo Botanica. Thanks for all you do for the Spiritual Community 🙏🏾.

As you asked how we… I first use breath exercise to release and come to present. Slow my breath, relaxing helps set the tone. Then I create a protection shield if white light. Then I proceed to do any work, prayer, ceremony, releasing, even for sleeping. For when sleeping thus helps a lot for dream work, traveling, being in control so to speak … I think you understand, questions, guidance and so on. Please do continue to share on this topic. For me it’s very important to learn on 3rd, spirituality, connection, and so on. Blessings. ❤️

Hello Elemi great job yes a video an the eye would be great I dont know what's really going on with my third eye it itches alot, I just started practicing spiritual work reading books watching your videos and getting a lot of dreams but cannot interpret them I don't know if my third eye is open.
