My daughter who was born with spina bifida has been healed so many times . Yes , she still has spina bifida . God has healed her of anxiety and depression and so much more . God is so good !

Also, I had an emergency c section at 27 weeks and the recovery was SO Painful. I can’t imagine a baby kicking on top of that pain. You’re a warrior mama

Alexis Gold I went into labor and my placenta stopped working. He wasn’t getting enough oxygen so they rushed me to surgery. He ended up have a grade 4 brain bleed from a stroke from lack of oxygen but he’s 2.5 today and doing mostly everything he should be doing :)

It’s so weird to follow someone else’s life and be so engaged and interested but I love following you and Craig. This love story and baby story is like an untraditional fairytale. I love you guys and I can’t wait till the baby is here. You guys are going to be the best parents. 😭♥️

Speaking as a c-section momma who is pregnant with baby #2 that is a great explanation as to what you’re feeling! It’s been 3 years since I had my first and with my second it feels like I’m being ripped open sometimes. Especially if he’s sitting on or near my scar. It’s not comfortable and it can be painful. I can only imagine how it feels with fresh scars.

I had c-section with my twins 14 months ago and I'm 25 weeks pregnant with a ninja baby. I get a lot of pain at my incision site as my uterus stretches and when baby is moving in that area. My c-section recovery was rough; we're hoping for a successful VBAC.

It was so sweet hearing about the conversation between you and your doctor. Two women of faith, despite some differing beliefs, connecting and praising the same Protector of this child. It just really warmed my heart and encouraged me!

I feel like you feel like you can't talk super openly about your struggles because people have shamed you in the past for having a hard time. Girl, your feelings are so valid and just because someone in the world may "have it worse" doesn't invalidate that you're going through a hard time. You're so strong and this baby is going to grow to be such a strong person with you as his mama. My relationship with Christ is in such a strong time of growth, so cool to see Him working in so many people's lives. I definitely see a weight lifted from you. Praying for you and your world changer always.

I was induced at 37 weeks because of cholestasis, we didnt know how mature my daughters lungs were and her weight has guessed at 5 pounds. Well she came out hairy, 7 pounds and fully matured. My induction was smooth and calm, it wasnt what I pictured but it was still amazing. :) I can't wait to see your babys beautiful outcome :)

Another Cholestasis mum x2. Induced early both times. Two very different experiences but both still went well. I don't believe we have to fear induction but if it can be done gently with less medication then it's more likely to be an easier induction. At least that's my experience

I’ve been on pins and needles ever since the open surgery with baby, that’s when I stared watching your vlogs. I can’t even begin to imagine what you’ve been going through with the hope, praying and everything else you have been feeling. What ever may come with the delivery of your precious child, you and your family will be so happy and blessed by god to have him with you.

Me too Mary I’ve only just found in my late 30s on a brain scan they found chiari and spina bifada my brain needs pushing back in to my skull but I was hoping they can stop any of this happening to Lexie’s baby and Mary I wish you all the best x

@@kerryhorrocks4453 thank you so much. My parents didnt know until I was born that something was wrong. I am almost 36 now. My one fear was that if I ever became a mother that it would be passed down to my child but luckily my daughter is a healthy 13 year old with no problems whatsoever.

mary sayre me too we are the same age I’m 37 and my mum never told me about it at all I’m a twin so I don’t know if they saw it but my doctors are sure it should of seen it Me too I was worried sick as I had 6 kids they are 17 to 3 almost 4 but all healthy I’m so lucky I think I have enough health problems to make up for the whole family I’m so glad your daughter is ok If I had known I had this I wouldn’t of had so many kids as I’ve such poor health now that started at 35 xx

I just had my third child Dec 29. She has trisomy 21 and a large avsd, the doctors suspected an artresia also. Thank god she doesnt have an artresia and is feeding so well! She was in the nicu for 9days. I had an induction with her with no epideral. I was terrified because Ive heard so many bad experiencies with induction but honestly i liked it. The contractions where the same as natural birth just alot faster, i went into labor 12hours after the first medicine. You are so strong and i know God has great things coming for you and your family!❤🙏🏻

I’m 27 weeks today. Our baby was diagnosed with SB at our 20 scan. I was watching your videos about your surgery because we were considering it. Unfortunately, we did not qualify because his sack is not in the spot they’ll work on while in the womb. It looks like he’s missing the lower lumbar & sacral part of his spine so that was another reason why we didn’t qualify. I will be getting induced at 39 weeks though and we’re so excited to have our baby already. I have been praying for you! You are so strong and such an inspiration. Congratulations on being so close to having your baby! I’m so happy for you ❤️

ITS OK TO FEEL HOW YOU ARE FEELING RIGHT NOW! You shouldnt pay attention of what people has to say sometimes because the are not the one passing through all of that. They are just seating behind a computer pointing at you or just telling you not productive things... Just think about this beautiful girl, you are bringing a LIFE into this world, GOD is with you all the times and he will not leave you along. God is the doctor, God is the nurse, God is your husband, your father, mother, your in laws GOD is everywhere. You GOT THIS GIRL. You are almost there!!!!

With my first I started with natural labor on a Wednesday evening went to the hospital Thursday morning because we were an hour away they had me walk and jump on a ball to get things moving but it wasn’t working so Thursday evening 24 hours into labor at this point they put me on Pitocin and once I got that my contractions got worse and we’re painful but I had my daughter within I think 10 hours? Definitely don’t think it was any worse than natural labor because the ladies in the other rooms were screaming in their natural labors and I was gritting my teeth ha but you are an inspiration to me I love your videos I started watching after I lost my second baby I’m now 16 weeks with my third 💛 God has been with me this whole pregnancy and calmed a lot of my anxieties. I’m praying for you and baby!!

I can't imagine what you are going thru! I am definitely praying for you!! I know a little of your loneliness and the mental struggle because two weeks ago I broke and dislocated my ankle (while 4 months pregnant). Luckily baby is perfect but I had to have surgery last week and I have been confined to my couch and it is a struggle to go to the bathroom with stairs all over our house and having to only use crutches. My husband and family can't be here all the time and it gets really hard to stay mentally sane and I have only had to deal with this for a couple weeks so I can't imagine how difficult it would be to be in the hospital for that long. I have full faith that you will make it to full term and I know that God is going to heal both of us and give us wonderful and beautiful children. Take care Lexie!

Im so encouraged and inspired since I saw the very first video this morning. I have been crying all day once video after another... My walk in Christ took a hit some time ago, and really questioned my faith and if I could really make God happy or after all that I've done, still find favor in God's eyes? Lexi, you have really put my back against the wall and made me think long and hard... I found myself weeping before the face of Jesus and asking Him to please HELP ME really reconnect and find peace/joy in HIM! Your smile, excitement, and even the moments where you simply stated you were NOT ok, I could appreciate your truth in whatever circumstance you were facing in that moment! I honor the Lord in you and thank Him for allowing me to find your live birth video. It was very beautiful and im grateful for you strong encouragement! I needed it MORE than I can express to you! I feel like I comment on all of your videos. I’m not really a religious person at all, but your faith brings me so much positivity which I lack. You’re almost there! I’m praying for you to have a safe delivery and that you and baby boy will be healthy enough to go home soon after birth. 💙 As for your pain, I watched a girl who has had multiple c-sections and she actually goes to physical therapy to basically workout and massage her scar and the area around it. It may be something you would want to look into at some point.

I had to be admitted to hospital at 30 weeks for both of my pregnancies due to having high blood pressure and was on bed rest for 6 weeks. Each week was a challenge to keep the baby inside and growing, but both of them were born without any complications although I had to be induced. You'll make it through all of this Lexie I know it!

That is awesome! I am so excited for you and your baby! My son was born with brain abnormalities and a chromosome syndrome. Doctors said he would be a vegetable! He is now 4 months old and achieving all milestones. He amazes his therapists and doctors. And each time god has put certain people in our lives to use our son for his glory! Your baby will also be used for gods glory! Praying for you!!!!!

I had my fetal surgery on the 26th of November for the same thing as you. They couldn’t do the Fetoscopic, they had to do the big incision on the back of my uterus (my placenta is in the front) and recovery has been so hard. I’m currently 31 weeks, and the pain is awful. I get everything you just said! My family lives very far away, I’m here with my husband and his family and it’s been really hard. My sister-in-law is young and acts out, and we are adopting her bio son and have had him since he was 3 months old and hes nearly 2 now. I also have my 11 month old daughter and my sister in law has caused so much stress in the family and was made to leave the home permanently which upset my grandmother in law and so everything has been on my husband to do. He hasn’t been able to work, because I’m on the modified bed rest. There’s a lot more to the story, but that’s the nice version and it’s been a trial. But God has been there every step, and like you, I’m confident my son will have an amazing testimony and be able to overcome every limit man has said he would have. You’re in my prayers, God bless your family ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Its also a huge blessing that this happened with your first baby. Can you imagine having a toddler or a small child at home while you were stuck in the hospital? Things happen for a reason. My son is nonverbal autistic, and has bone cancer. I thought it was a cruel twist of fate when we found out he was sick, and needed an above the knee leg amputation. But turns out, he is the strongest, healthiest 14 year old boy, and so dang HAPPY in life. All of this medical crap, made him so strong, and able to handle whatever life throws at him. ANd he does every single thing, that any 2-legged child can do, he just hops a little bit!

I had multiple abdominal surgerys at birth and as a baby. At 24 I was pregnant with my miracle girl, but as soon as my uterus got to that incision the pain and discomfort was unbearable. I could only imagine what your experiencing. I will continue to pray for ya girl. My sweet miracle ended up needing brain surgery at 2 and continue to shine. There is hope, I daily lean on the lord to guide me through.

I’m so excited for you both!! What a journey. You will hold you miracle baby soon!! About breast feeding-I loved it & breast fed all 3 of my babies for 12-18 months. I only stopped b/c of being put on a med-boo! I had a little trouble getting started breast feeding w/ my 1st. They kept bugging me to supplement & I kept refusing. Finally when I got out of bed & sat up so I could lean forward better, then she latched on & went to town. There’s also a cool breast feeding pillow to lift the baby up & make things easier. I haven’t seen reviews on those, but worth looking into. I tried my best to avoid nipple confusion. I used bottles & binkies on a very limited basis. This was my journey & you have to make these choices yourself. Breast feeding was such a bonding experience. BTW, we did not co-sleep & they all learned to comfort themselves to sleep & slept through the night early. Anyway, I can’t wait to see your gorgeous boy. Praying for you. It will be so nice to be home again. Very soon.

Keep up the good work!! With my 4th baby I was on strict bed rest which was both wonderful and horrible. We had to hire a nanny for our 2 oldest, but my 2 year old spent almost the entire time on my bed with me- reading, playing, napping, and cuddling . I treasure the memories!

I am continuing to pray over the remainder of your pregnancy, labor, delivery, as well as your sweet family, and for the Lord to continue using you to plant seeds and lead people to the Lord! My precious miracle loves to move too, a lot of times in weird positions that I have never felt before. I am praising the Lord for each movement!♡ I am so thankful for a healthy growing baby regardless of all we've gone through to get this baby and habe this pregnancy! I totally can relate to you. I have not been put to bed rest but still am not allowed to do walks longer than 10 mins. since the day I got pregnant. I'm on my 8th month now. And yes, it gets lonely since I am usually alone when my husband goes to work straight 48 or sometimes 72 hours ( he is a policeman btw). I go out with friends have something to eat but it gets lonely. Plus being mentally tortured with the possiblity of anythin going wrong. I have high rosk for pre-eclampsia and gestational diabetes, placenta previa with myoma and adenomyosis. The doctor can't believe that I got pregnat too. Bug God has been amazing. I know we can go through this with His strength! Praying for you, my dear!!! Love you sister in Christ♡

I was born at Good Sam hospital & I’m in school to become a nurse so I can work in the NICU at cincy children’s. AMAZING staff and hospitals in general. You guys are in excellent hands & I pray for a healthy delivery❣️

I am so glad to see your pregnancy progressing, I am excited for you, Craig and baby boy, I like your explanation about your surgery and how it's like a C-section, I still remember standing up after my C-section and having the feeling as if something was going to fail out my incision it's a weird feeling I have had two and now have permanent numbness in certain areas, I love your Faith, I love your strong Beliefs as well as Craig's and the baby's. The moment they put the baby on your chest is the most overwhelming experience, hearing there cry when they first come out is uncontrollable tears of joy. I like your keeping the name between you,and Craig,your inspiring me to learn to love myself more it's easier to love others and God but I have struggled with loving myself and hearing you say love yourself inspires me to love myself more than I do. Thank you for encouraging so many people out there who struggle to love people, to love God and to love yourself. Your amazing strength shines through your videos.

if you don’t have one currently, i definitely recommend a pregnancy pillow! i’m only 22 weeks and felt like i’ve been sleeping fine but it’s made sleeping SO. MUCH. BETTER.

I am loving following your story. God is doing so many miraculous things, and it’s so encouraging to see. My husband and I are expecting our rainbow baby after having 2 miscarriages, and I am only 3-4 days behind you in gestation. So every time I turn my new week, I think of you. Ask your doctor about starting evening primrose oil, it can help to soften the cervix which will help you dilate faster once labor does start!

Prayers for your sweet family! New sub here. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was also told at every ultrasound that she had a bunch of hair. And when she was born, she sure did! It was so fuzzy and fluffy and I loved it 😍 lol
