In the latest clip, Thirstin Howl the 3rd described getting "tested" on a daily basis in Brownsville due to his Puerto Rican descent and skin tone. While he admitted to having run-ins with the police at an early age, he said his first serious charge came as a result of him assaulting school kids for their coats. Thirstin claimed the crimes became more serious as he "became more serious." To hear him describe his Brownsville upbringing more, check out the above the clip.

I went to college with a dude from Brownsville who I considered was a pretty boy, cool dude and everything; you would have never thought he was packing. We were rolling dice at the university's student center and I saw his piece on his waist. This was in one of CUNY's (City University of New York) top tier Universities in the early '90's. I heard too many stick up stories from out of Brownsville and the murder rate in East New York Brooklyn the adjacent neighborhood was crazy!
