Thirty-seven, forty-seven 🤎The biggest change that has happened to me in the decade (life in my 40s) 

I am now 43 and I completely understand what you mean by a loss of confidence. I was not prepared for that part of being in my 40s. I knew there would be physical changes and health changes, which are also hard. My 30s have been my favorite decade so far but I will work hard to live a happy and healthy life in my 40s. Thank for discussing these things, they are important and I don't feel like many people do. At least not openly.

I know how you feel about seeing so many changes as you get older. I am in my 50's but I believe one should always enjoy the age that you are at as we only get once chance at living that exact time. You can never go back so take joy in the small things and pride in all the lessons learned along the way! Love your vlog.

I truly believe everything happens when it’s the right time. But some of us make plans for our future early on. After I broke off my engagement, I gave myself a gift and traveled all over Europe for a month in my early 30s with my college friend. It was the best thing I ever did. I was young enough to walk for miles each day visiting all the museums and feeding my soul with all the beautiful artwork and architecture. I wouldn’t have appreciated that trip in my 20s and if I waited till my 60s all that walking would have worn me out. Everyone should visit Europe while they are still young enough to keep pace with the hectic tour schedules. I got a Trafalgar total package trip that included round trip airline fare, hotels, food (breakfast and a few dinners), transportation (tourist bus), and the only extra money I spent was for meals and souvenirs. Getting to see in person all the famous cities and landmarks was life changing. Each day you get a few hours to yourself to walk around so I immersed myself in the culture. I traveled through 9 or 10 countries. My favorites were Paris, Austria, Venice, Rome, London, Monaco, Nice, and Florence. If I ever go on another trip, I’d go to Greece. It’s the only place left on my list. Already went everywhere else. You should go visit Europe while you’re still young. You won’t regret it. The beauty will take your breath away.

Oh I’m hearing you. I’m now 52 and wonder at what point I turned into a completely different person to that in my 20’s 30’s or even 40’s. But I think that’s just life. I’ve now learnt to just take one day at a time and enjoy the “new me”.

Просто! Убрать сахар из питания, добавить овощей, много ходить или заниматься лечебной гимнастикой. Я 40+ возраст, за 8 месяцев похудела на 10кг😂большая часть из этого была вода, которую в организме держал сахар
