I actually own this laptop , same processor but rtx 4050 . I still have to download and test it, but i can say it is very fast soo dam fast. Like as soon as i turn it on it loads in 3 secoonds.
Watched because mine gets delivered today. I’m even more excited now. Can’t wait. My Alienware is 3yrs old and still does great but wanted to upgrade so I went with this one. I hope I’m not let down.
@@GhasperZzhonestly I love it so far. Coming from a 3 yr old Alienware gaming laptop it’s an upgrade in graphics and it doesn’t get nearly as hot as my Alienware does. So far I love it

I have it and it is going to RMA because of a bad charging port. The i7-12650h on this laptop runs extremely hot and it is locked down so you can not undervolt. Gaming on Battery has about an hour of life. Otherwise it does play games well GPU has extra heat pipe and doesn't overheat like the CPU. Cooling pads doesn't help CPU temperature.
Gang which is better this or the acer predator helios neo 16 with i7 13th gen HX but with 4050. the predator beats this in every every aspect other than the GPU. both are same price rn.
@@retuard6892 depends, if you're going to play at 2k resolution, or put everything in epic then u may need an rtx 4060, otherwise, if u play in high settings 1080p, which is more than enough, then an rtx 4050 is enough and so it becomes cpu bounded
@@retuard6892 to make it simple, I have the acer in the video, and I can't get more then 160-200fps due to the cpu, because the gpu is only working at 40%

Remember you can't update the processor or VRam chips. So, it's what's in the underneath and how you like the screen personal choice. Go and look at them somewhere. And how they sound bassy or not or you use headphones 100% of the time.
TUF has great features, downside is bad wifi chip, you'd have to buy a intel one. Locked to max 32gb ram, if you want 64gb RAM. Two slots for SSD. This one has two SSD slots + 1 SATA bay for another sata SSD and max ram 64gb.
Did you have capped frames on cs2 low settings test? The cpu is running on 35% and gpu on 65%, so i belive it could actually get more frames. Maybe its RAM? What do you think, let me know please :)
@@S3NR1GNthe CPU is pretty powerful the reason he's bottleneck is because the laptop doesn't have a mux switch. If he connected to external monitor he'd get better results because onboard GPU is causing bottleneck
Can I stream Minecraft or record videos without lag using the i7-12650H and rtx 4060? My only laptop I’ve used has something sad I don’t remember and “I think” integrated 630 hgraphics. I don’t plan on ALWAYS using 4k or anything, just normal settings
@lolumni i got the llano v12 and it's not working at all unlike other reviewers on youtube... i think you need to change the laptop thermal paste and then it will drop the temp
Hi, How much TGP does this laptop have? I'm about to buy an Acer Nitro 5 with RTX 4060 i5 12500 in my country, Do you have any idea how many TGP the GPU has? 
How are you getting temps like that, mine is brand new and processor temps are 95-105 degrees celsius? Can you show your power plan options, could my cooling system be defective, im not even reaching 4Ghz and getting such temps (exact same laptop except 16gb ram on single channel) and my performance is waay way lower on cs i casually drop under 144 fps bcs of thermal throttle Also my battery life is awful 1 hour of youtube and the battery is dead
I think battery is awful in general But i get 130-140 when idling and I usually play Fortnite and get 185-195 idk if that’s normal tho I do have a cheap cooling pad for it. I’ve had mine for 7 months now and I don’t have any Complaints its just a good gaming laptop
I have this exact laptop same specs and everything, but for elden ring, i am not getting close to having constant 60fps, and also having lots stuttering, how did you manage to make it perform like that on it? If anyone else could help, it would be much appreciated
I am using same model the only problems are colors are not bright in dark theme game and when you use it at performance mod its fan sound like jet but you can avoid it by not using PR mod and about the FPS you get 100 to 120. Fps on almost in all the AAA games and pls dont use ultra or extreme setting on games which come out in 2024 and if from mid of 2023 it just heat your laptop you are not getting ultra settings feel because of color brightness limits
No, it's not awesome, heavy games have severe issues regarding whole system micro stuttering when the game is launched, very bad and off-putting expirience as a result. And it's probably due to bad power design and cannot be fixed on the software level. The issue is prominent even while playing a relatively "old" game such as Dark Souls 3. This is a known issue in the community of these Nitro 5 laptops with 40 series GPUs. Correct me if I'm wrong, please) Using this thing myself and I'm very dissapointed
Guys i have an issue, i have the exact same laptop but my gpu is reaching temp 85-87 in all games. But when i cap my fps around 70-90 fpa my gpu have like 70-73 fps. Can anybody tell me whats wrong with my laptop and how can i solve it?
Idk if its too late but its a preset that supplies more power to the cpu and gpu to give more performance in what ever you are doing. It also increases fan noise tho

@@cursedLxrd Actually, I also compare it with Asus computers with lower graphics cards. Because their screens and partially their performance can be better sometimes. I don't want the screen to be very good, I just want it not to be a really faded, artificial color screen, yes, if you confirm that it is not like this, I can really buy it.
@microso9889 no problem! The only downsides on this laptop are the battery and the screen, which doesn't mean they're bad but aren't great either, anyways, if you buy it, you won't regret it I will buy this one too
@techkinggamer7181 try using the performance mode and benchmarking cinebench R23 and you will see the cpu package temp instantly hit 100c constant and thermal throttling

I bought this laptop with rtx4060 core i7 12tgen with 16gb ram . Its awesome . But in my opinion just increase the ram into 32gb it will be alot good . Yeah you should buy this laptop guys. Im playing beam ng drive with 150 to 200+ fps with high graphics.
