Yeah I suppose you could. Is there any reason to not put a flash piece of glass in front of a big bulbous piece of glass? Weird glare or reflection?

for film? what camera do you shoot? Nikon has a cracking 10.5mm aps-c fisheye you could find second hand if you don't need full frame.

@@PJPantelis, I bought the 10.5mm a few months ago, I'm using it on a D850. I gave up on the Nikon F3 when i switched to D.

@@ronlongmore9275 after a quick google it looks like there are some nikon f mount to sony e mount adapters on the market. With a manual focus and manual aperture ring that should work no problem!

bhphoto has a 7artisans 7.5mm 205 FOV for Canon EF mount & Nikon F mount... it's $159.00. The lens hood is removable. It's apsc.
