Ingredients:
For the chocolate cake:
-2 cups all purpose flour
-1/2cup cocoa powder
-1tbsp baking powder
-1/2tsp baking soda
-1/4tsp salt
-1/2cup melted, unsalted butter
-3/4cup milk
-1/2 cup sugar
-2eggs
-1tbsp coffee granules dissolved in 1tbsp warm water
-1tsp vanilla essence
For the chocolate ganache:
-1/2cup sugar
-1/2cup cocoa powder
-1tbsp cornstarch or cornflour or all purpose flour
-1/2tsp salt
-1tbsp butter
-1cup milk
