One question about the book - do the recipes also include proper (aka metric) measurements? I'm not too fond with "cup", "tablespoon", etc. - especially because your tablespoons look a lot bigger than mine haha So if metric measurements are in there and shipping to Europe is possible, I'll most definitely get the book - really love your videos and your channel got me very interested in Korean cuisine! Claire really is a lucky woman. Also loving the humor in your videos.
I just made this for lunch and its DELICIOUS!! For the veggies I put carrots and for protein I added in chopped tofu and fish balls since thats all I had on hand and it was delicious!! The broth was to die for!
Pre ordered the cookbook brother!! Can’t wait to try all this out. Been watching your videos and cooking these recipes. Hope your channel gets bigger and wish you and Claire the best.
The Doenjang soup looks delicious! Claire is very lucky. She gets to enjoy Aaron's delicious cooking everyday! I'm so excited! I got notification from Amazon I will receive the cookbook by December 23rd. Can't wait! 😊
i watched today because i'm craving a good soup and i've never had doenjang, so i was very excited (and will definitely be making this tomorrow). i also wound up yelling at my husband from across the house 'AARON HAS A COOKBOOK' loud enough to startle him and my cats. oops!
😂Ha ha ha! Aaron is getting funnier and funnier! Claire would never harm him. 🤔This looks great and perfect for cool weather. My only question is about the green onion, is that what we call in the U.S.A. a leek? Or is it a really big scallion? Either way, I can get all of these ingredients from H-Mart and I already have most of them. 👍
At least in Cali, their are also called green onion. Sometimes they are called scallions too. They are NOT leeks. Leeks are a completely different veggie altogether.
It looks so delicious I'm going to have to try this one day I'm not brave enough yet LOL love you guys keep up the good work keep those videos coming I love watching you guys
Another great recipe. Ill try this next week. Thanks as always. (side question for everyone else - im having problems looking for noodles similar to ones Aaron uses in his recipes - local korean shop has a lot of stuff... except those types of noodles...am i just not looking hard enough?)...

Where do you get those green onions? They are about 4 times as big as the ones we get here in Minnesota. Will order your cookbook on the 20th - can't wait as I love your videos.
that's called daepa (korean green onion) it's hard to find this exact kind unless you have a korean supermarket nearby. you can replace with regular green onions with no issues
Lol everything you make changes my life!! I worry about it. My noodle consumption has gone up 400% esp since I found my local H Mart in London! Have requested your cookbook for Xmas

I love all the recipes you come up with and seeing Claire's reaction. Do you think you can film yourself and she reacts to put as a small screen? I can only imagine the funny faces you're making along with the "hurry and eat it while it's hot" motion haha
