Thank you for your video. So a liltle kudos about shearwaters health. I will recommend them. They are good. Yes BSN is a requirement. They literally pamper and do everything for you from scratch. Pay for yr cfgns,sub nclex plan for you, send ur fingerprint card and pay the dhl fee when you are returning it,book nclex for you,pay ur flight to and fro ticket from ur nearest airport location whereever u reside,book one of d best hotel when u go to write nclex, before travelling send u stipends over 50dolls per day through out ur stay, file i140,pay for fee bill for you and ur dependants and lots more. I mean they kinda ease off the stress from you in terms of finances,

Unlike the UK where your stay in the country is tied to your job, the U.S. is not that way. You are free bird from the first day. You are just working your contract. When the contract ends you tell them bye bye and continue with your life😊
