That other company treated a buddy very badly over their broken product that wasn't even ever installed and it showed up looking like it was used and he ordered from a reputable dealer. We got his money back because I called from my shop and they took it a bit more seriously.. and then we went with airdog
Being a 12v electrical guy, it looks like a deustch plug, so I would have just ordered a new plug, removed the pins and popped them into the new plug, and save myself the hassle of returning the old one… but that’s me lol
