idk why I find these SO interesting and good the args are so similar when you think about it only with slight variations but idk I just enjoy watchign them WHY? (except for when the minecraft args are actually unique and really good like the moon one, those deserve attention.)
2:09 oh that's mine-imator. the lighting, the smooth movement, the camera work, the models, the limb bends. I've used the software for years, I know what I'm talking about lol
The first video on this ARG exactly replicates the mark101 first video too. A player building a house in the side of a mountain, tabs out looking at a body of water for multiple times, then fog gets lowered
for most of this video i thought it was a shitpost but your introduction of dream theory along with your dissection of the animated scene made it an actually pretty cool story
you know, after watching a shitload of retrogamingnow's minecraft arg videos i thought this was just another one and clicked it without reading the username. i actually had to double take when i looked at your name and your sub count. honestly, good work fella.
Would you believe me if I told you I dont know who retrogamingnow is? I mean based off context I assume he's an ARG reviewer, but I've bever seen a video by them
covering creepermc before knowing about mark101 what has this world come to 💔 nah but fr this video was great and genuinely fun to watch great work man
@@Zekodex nahhh i mean ion know much about creepermc but im pretty sure its just VERY heavily inspired, mark101 finished a couple months ago with 2 acts its a really good arg though i recommend watching it
What if there was an ARG that related to a kidnapping, as in, a person was kidnapped but still had access to entertainment and ways to access the internet behind the kidnappers back, everything they tried before to get help failed, so they start and ARG to get attention, and the last video ends up revealing the persons location telling the viewers to go there and rescue , and this last video would be completely unrelated to the ARG
i watched this entire thing and didn't know what to think of it, honestly. the fact that it has this much lore is actually crazy , thought it was just making fun of args 💀💀
the videos with the weird text are in the IPA, the International Phonetic Alphabet. the thing that looks like /fikst/ says, well, _fixed,_ and the other one says "disorganise" in a particular accent that I'm unsure of, but it's somewhere inbetween Canadian and British with a British lack of the r sound and a Canadian [ʌɪ] If anybody is more knowledgable than me in English dialects, I'm actually pretty curious about this and would love to know what accent this is or any other information that can be dug up
I was thinking it was a mark101-like ARG clone, but once I saw the comedian in animation part, I realized it's just some kind of joke. Btw indeed the comedian is "*" from mark101 as others described. Edit: Alright, this seems more like a weird amalgamation of stolen ideas from other ARGs, and not only the Minecraft ones. First off, player behaving strangely before his render suddenly shortens is a mark101 thing. Not specifically belongs to, obviously, but probably an idea that ARG popularized. Mark stops and pauses for a minute or two, and while he's possibly away, the fog slowly lingers closer to him, not only making the render distance shorter, but also locking it at "TINY". Second, players transferring between singleplayer worlds, sort of like... Oh, I dunno, "Minecraft Alpha 1.0.16 Versions" aka "Minecraft LilyPad"? Yeah, that one has an entire dimension that is dedicated to basically connect singleplayer worlds together and visit each other by placing and opening the iron door. Third, what are they going through when going between worlds? White void? Huh, where have I seen that... Oh yeah, BadwaterVideos2009. In that ARG, a Garry's Mod player with the eponymous name makes his own Gmod animations, but realizing that the models he's using are actually alive uses them as actual enslaved actors for easier, yet better animation. Strangely enough, he doesn't just load between different maps of Garry's Mod, instead he has a special door with clear white narrow corridors which link maps together. Fourth, the "EpicExp" suffix of the version is probably a spoof of mark101's "VoidExp", an obscure exclusive to mark101 version that only loads the place named "Adminspace". In other words, I recommend you to check out the original ARGs rather by yourself or from other content makers to understand the context. Like, from RetroGamingNow or RichterOvertime, for example.
6:11 Creepers dream is correct, because the version seems to be 1.8-1.13 because of the spruce door, and there was no version number was not present since version 1.0.0
dude this is literally just a joke walmart mark101, the first videos look almost exactly the same. fake versions, strange noises, the player looking at shiz we can’t see, plus the comedian is using stars skin. do better 🫥
