@@doodle2475Paranorman was the one movie they did that touched me deep. Encouraging uniqueness through subtle storytelling by showcasing the unfairness they're gonna experienced from being different. I wasn't even bullied or treated unfairly. I just love the morals so much I want to kiss the people behind the movies. The fact that those same people are hot is a bonus.
this movie is criminally underrated. Coraline is excellent, paranorman is heart wrenching, kubo is breathtakingly stunning. but boxtrolls speaks to the misunderstood in a fantastic way, making a joke out of the ugly society that calls the marginalized "monsters".

Box trolls was the first ever Laika movie I saw which may be surprising but it was. Not even coralline came first. That’s why it will always have a place in my heart! I
How do they edit out the crease where they change the mouths? Changing my question to, how do they edit out the cranes that help the characters in the air?
How exactly do they hide the horizontal creases in the character’s faces? Is it with some sort of clay that smoothens the face, or is it digitally cleaned up in post-production?
