This show is directed by Tatsuya Yoshihara, best known for his role as the director of Black Clover and action director on CSM. Black Clovers production was riddled with issues, but on this show it seems he has gotten the time and recourses needed to make something special

Elfaria's title is Icemaiden. Her wand is named Albis Vina and is passed to each mage who holds the title Icemaiden.

I heard that this story is written by Danmachi's author. I really like the idea that Elfie is the wand and Will is the sword, as in the title.

I read the manga but not gonna spoil it but just gives you a hands up the episode 1 comparing the manga is just the introduction..... The next episodes will just getting better and better than the previous ones... I just hope the productions won't do any cliffhangers... Because the manga is really really freaking good...

Big suprise this anime. This MC is like Toji from JJK in exchange for zero mana he gets Super Physique I have seen him being compered to Asta and Mash, but Mash is more of a gag character and Asta uses Anti Magic so he has a magic type power already.
