Tim firmly believes that the architecture of our homes has the ability to affect more than those who grew up in those four walls - when we build with consideration and conviction. Starting at a gun embankment in Hobart, Tasmania, Tim meets with Paddy Dorney, son of architect Esmond Dorney who designed three homes on the site for his family. One of the first modernist architects in Tasmanian, the final home on the hill embraces the landscape and is now owned by the local council so that its forward thinking design can be enjoyed by more than just the family that lived there.
