What I do, I found a food share program at a local farm. If I pay with ebt, I get 50% off everything. I work 3 jobs. I get ebt because I am raising my granddaughter. My rent in upstate NY is 2,948 dollars a month. It sucks. Hard to live
Whoa! God bless you. My mom raises my nephew because my little brother died. She's in fla and it's just as expensive. No protection for seniors. No protection for grandparents guardians. But plenty of help if you're illegal. Smh

Yes sorry for the pain that you’re in. I was doing that back in 2018. I started the Keto Diet. You’re probably familiar with that lot of people don’t believe in it but I had inflammation in my left leg so bad I couldn’t hardly walk so about nine months I lost 75 pounds and my leg is 100% now I’m on the carnivore diet. You need more meat and your body to help your arthritis doctor Kenberry have you heard of him all I can say is he help me I had my right hip had to go get an epidural. I was in so much arthritis pain I couldn’t hardly get dressed, and that man for speaking out about the lies the doctors have told us stay away from white bread and sugar causes too much inflammation and I didn’t do it for anybody else I had to do it for myself not to live longer just not to be in pain I hope the best for you❤
I totally understand about the arthritis. Both of my knees are bone on bone arthritis. I really do need any knee replacements trying to put it off until I lose 20 pounds and I’ve also got neuropathy prediabetic hoping not to cross that line. i’m new to your channel and I really do like what I’ve seen so far. I’m trying to watch a little bit each day. I also am pretty much bedbound housebound because of my arthritis. I also have spinal stenosis. It’s horrible, but I also subscribe to this channel and to your other channel.

Since being diagnosed with diabetes too I have changed my diet completely and lowered my a1c from 14.5 to 6.6 My Average glucose level has gone from the three hundred range to the one twenties on a regular basis. My arthritis has also almost become a thing of the past, as i've taken on a three times a day workout and a walk at night. If you've seen any of my other videos, you'll know that I am a big fan of cherry juice which I can't drink anymore and vinegar and pickle juice to alleviate arthritis pain. Please keep staying positive and believing that you can find remission in whatever affliction you have. I know it's hard to get out of bed, but you have to do it. You have to get active.
