In courts when you are acquitted from a crime, it doesn't suddenly mean you didn't commit the crime in reality. There just wasn't enough evidence or proper arguments to convince the judge. Which is why the verdict is "Not Guilty" instead of "Innocent". Similarly, rejecting a claim doesn't automatically mean that you hold the opposite of that claim true. Smile2Jannah, I think, has trouble understanding this. Which is why we are going in circles pointing fingers to each other.

The frame of reference argument is similar to Meno's Paradox in Plato's dialog of Meno: "If you know what you're looking for, inquiry is unnecessary. If you don't know what you're looking for, inquiry is impossible. Therefore, inquiry is either unnecessary or impossible." It is logically impossible to find something you if you do not even know what it is you are finding. Even if you find it, you won't know that is that thing you have been searching for.
