This BMW Tried to KILL ME! (Random Stall...Part 1 - Labor Day Special)

This 2007 BMW X5 V8 was towed from another shop with a very weird customer complaint: it randomly STALLS on the highway under load!! WHAT?
Before taking the German Beast for a test drive, we have to do quite a few things to make it ROAD-WORTHY. It has no Power Steering, and is low on coolant and oil....typical.
