Can you surf with the leash in the reverse coil position or does that defeat the purpose?

Is it better to have a leash that raps around your wrist/lower arm or the upper arm?

Completely up to you and how you feel. I prefer the bicep as it doesn’t go around the nose when you paddle but completely personal preference.

Looks good although website is in Europe and have sold out of large /xl Hard to explain but is the coil strong on this .? As my current one is so strong it keeps pulling the strap down from my bicep to my elbow (wetsuit on ) Thanks

I've go the NMD Deluxe and have the exact same problem, I either have to tighten it too much and then my arm begins to go numb (like a tourniquet) or every now and then pull it back up.

The coil is strong but it still has some play on it. I personally haven’t had any issues with the leash doing that but I know it can happen. Guess there is a sweet spot between making it tight and getting it too tight. Wish I had a better answer than that but I don’t.
