during time of Umar Ibn Al Khattab (R.A) there were two men dragging a boy into the court house so Umar Ibn Al Khattab says "what is this what is going on, why are you dragging him into the court house?" They say this boy killed their father. Umar Ibn Al Khattab asked the boy "Did you really kill their father?" they boy replies saying "Yes but it was an accident, My camel used to tread on their property so one day their father took a rock and hit it in the camels eye and i saw the camel suffering, it made me furious and aggravated so i took a rock and hit the fathers head and he died" so Umar Ibn Al Khattab he asked the two brothers "will you forgive this boy for this accident?" They said no we want retribution. So Umar Ibn Al Khattab asks the young boy "Do you have any last words, any last wishes, any last requests" and the young boy says "yes, i had a father who passed away, and i have a younger brother and my father left some money for my younger brother, i would like 3 days to go and retrieve this wealth from a hidden place so i can make sure my brother gets it when i die and pass away" So Umar Ibn Al Khattab he thinks the boy is making up a story he's like "Boy, what are you talking about what wealth? what father? what younger brother?" The young boy says "Trust me". So Umar Ibn Al Khattab he says "ok i will trust you, but find a guarantor for you, someone who will guarantee that you will come back" the young boy looks around and there is a packed courthouse and he says "will someone not help me today? and as everyone as the boy is looking around they turn their face away and turn their faces down, no one want to help this boy. then from the back of the courthouse, a hand raises up who's hand is it? Abu Dhar Al Ghifari (R.A) the noble and illustrious companion who gave Dawah to so many of the tribes he says "I will be the guarantor of this boy" now understand the word of guarantor it means if the boy does not come back in 3 days the head of Abu Dhar Al Ghifari will be chopped off, that he will be killed so Abu Dhar Al Gifari says "i will be the guarantor of this boy. So the boy goes away for the first day and he is nowhere to be see, then the second day goes by and he is still nowhere to be seen, as the third day comes the brothers goes to Abu Dhar Al Gifari and say to him follow us to the courthouse then Abu Dhar Al Gifari says "Ok, but the day doesn't end until after magraib salah. So now Abu Dhar Al Gifari is walking through Madinah with these two brothers, they're going to the court house and the people of Madinah are following behind them all getting to the courthouse to see what will happen, it is now the talk of the town. You can imagine, minutes are going by and id filling up, the anxiety is building up, will Abu Dhar Al Ghifari have his life sacrificed for the mistake of a boy and literally minutes before the magraib azan goes off the boy rushes through the doors of the courthouse now everyone is wondering what is going to happen you know, will everyone be forgiven,will everyone be happy, whats going to happen? so the boy comes in and Umar Ibn Al Khattab he asks the boy "O boy why did you come back i did not send a spy behind you, i did not make anyone follow you, what made you come back?" He says "I did not want anyone to say that a muslim gave his word adn did not fulfill it, so i came back so Umar Ibn Al Khattab turns to Abu Dhar and he says "O Abu Dhar what made you to be the guarantor of this boy?" He says "i saw a muslim in need and i did not want anyone to say that a muslim was in need and no one was there to help him, so i raised my hand to be his guarantor" the two brothers when they say when we have people like this how can a muslim ask for forgivness and theres no one there to forgive him. So they forgave the boy, and the boy was forgiven. This was the legacy of islam, the code of conduct this is why during Caliphate of Umar Ibn Al Khattab they were able to reach the border of islam and all the way to the south of france because they had strong relationship with allah and they did things with the ihsaan (perfection) and they lived with the code of conduct with islam.

Video states ihsan [Perfection]. I want to add.. Allah send Jibreel to our Prophet so he could ask our Prophet about Islam. When Jibreel left after asking and gettign the answers, our Prophet asked, if someone knew him and the Sahabah replied with no. Our Prophet then said, that it was Jibreel. One one of the questions was What is ihsan? Our Prophet said, that it is to make your ibadah as if your seeing Allah. Because even if you don't see Him, He surely sees you. Wallahi how we all miss those times.. right brothers and sisters? Where we can blindly rely on a muslim bro.. or even our own siblings w/o having any fears our doubts.. May Allah grant us the courage and power to do some actions/steps to change ourselves. If we do some steps, it is for sure that He will help us do more steps.
