Ingredients:
For the loaf pan (29 x 10 cm)
baking paper
For the all-in batter:
450 g wheat flour (Type 550) (15.9 ounces)
3 level tsp baking powder
80 g sugar (⅓ cup)
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
250 g buttermilk (8.8 ounces)
1 egg (size M)
80 ml canola or sunflower oil (⅓ cup)
5 tbsp wheat flour for sprinkling
For the filling:
125 g cottage cheese (40% fat in dry matter) (4.4 ounces)
30 g sugar (2 tbsp + 2 tsp)
1 pinch ground cinnamon
Additionally
250 g blueberries (1½ cups)
2 tbsp sugar
To sprinkle
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 50 minutes on top/bottom heat
