Have always wanted this anachronistic little gem and find ownership rewarding. No column wheel but it does showcase haute level finishing and great attention to the dual seconds and minute hands flyback mechanism that is not often seen. Hope you will do a review of the latest Type XX and 20 models too that advance this eras movement design with some controversial dial layout choices in the placement of date displays. Not for everyone, but there is much to appreciate in the details.

I din't get this watch until I had it in my hands. A beautifully done, complicated piece. Would be happy to review the new Type XX when I have a chance.

Totally agree. I collect chronos and this is the easiest to use. They are definitely better in person. The dial has depth and the watch wraps around your wrist, even smaller wrists. Keep up the great content!

Sorry for the delayed comment, but I got titanium model (ref. 3810TI/H2/TZ9) 2months before as 2nd handed. As you know, there are several different points between SS and titanium models, black colored bezel is my most favorite point. But, by watching your movie, the back skeleton seems so cool! And very recently I realized that SS model has luminous index, but titanium model has just metal plated index….. Totally, SS model seems better for professional use than titanium model, right?

Get them both and you will see how this is another level = just another great watch brand creating their interpretation of a sports chrono = from their history. Great for variety
