I like you to read a little poem that I wrote some 50 years ago, I am 86 now. The poem goes like this: Eternity: I have been the sky and I have been the sea. I have been the wind and I have been the tree. This is why I know that I was, that I am and that when I die, through my quantic atoms, I will be part of millions of body for millions of years, some times even a human body. God is in every quantic atom of the universe.

There is a Westerner, mathematician, and philosopher named Alfred North Whitehead, who, about 100 years ago, wrote several books, articles, etc. putting forth an idea of the "universe" in which the laws of cause and effect permeate everything and that what is called "the Divine" is the sum total of all organized societies (human bodies are societies, trees are societies, cells are societies, etc.) and that each make choices based on the impact of past choices, both individual and collective which leads to event outcomes. All is in relation to everything else and from that sentience arises. The "Divine society" knows all the "possible outcomes" of any decisions but until the sentient being makes that decision, it knows no more than the being in question. Hence, "God" is not omnipotent. Whitehead was trying to outline a cosmology which reconciled the new quantum mechanics with an understanding that goes beyond traditional Western fixed state science. Many criticized Whitehead and subsequent philosophers of his thinking of drifting into Buddhism albeit from a Western lens. More current theologians in both Judaism and Christianity have started to use his tool to examine their own traditions through the window offered by Siddhartha 2500 years ago. They, of course, have their critics, but it is often interesting how deep wisdom can cross cultural barriers and come from unexpected sources.

It's not inherently Buddhist but It's Vedic If you look at this the way that's from the Rig Veda and the mechanics of sound and how does manifestation from the formless unmanifest. There's evolution and there's a cycle which repeats itself. Buddhism should acknowledge this but because Buddhism was not codified by the Buddha it became a religion after his passing It was basically a spiritual path and like Santana Dharma the ancient spiritual part of India which is misnamed as Hinduism both draw from the Vedas and they are called Sanatana Dharmic traditions based on natural law and evolution. The many layers of realms are described in the Upanishads. Please look more deeply into the Vedic traditions in the descriptions of cosmogeny, the origins of the universe and different cycles of evolution, how space and time are non-linear from the Puranas or even time dilation and parallel universes are also described. There are billions of stars in the universe from galaxies and all of these each with planets which are habitable and different forms of lives. Life evolves that's the central tenet of the Vedas from consciousness..
