If youre making a video about lasers related to airsoft you should mention that you shouldnt point them at people or use them in games. These things are extremely dangerous and can make someone vision impaired in fractions of a second. You wouldnt play airsoft without safety glasses and since there is no way to protect yourself from multiple wavelengths of lasers there is no way to safely use them
For the Rovyon, the IR is actually eye-safe. It's sub-0.7mw. Up in Canada, all events that allow the use of lasers require them to be classified as eye-safe either through the model or documentation. This is one of the few allowed to be used at events.
@@PeiluGan The visibile one, which most kids are gonna use, isnt tho. its about 4,7mW at a wavelength which causes retinal burns and therefore causes permanent eye damage in 10-100ms of exposure time depending on distance. With most peoples reaction time being around 200ms they will not blink fast enough to prevent damage. I think that lasers are really cool and they have their use cases, but not in normal airsoft
