crit items are broken. its not just garen. tristana and corki mid. tryn and yi are S tier. its not as obvious in bot lane because its crit abuser vs. crit abuser there. but riot overdid the crit buffs. there is no reason phantom dancer is 2600 gold. thats way too cheap. garen benefits from the broken crit items because hes one of the few fighters who scale with crit. the only ones who got boned by the crit patch were amazingly enough yasuo and yone because they lost lethal tempo. so that was a massive nerf for them that offset the crit buff.
