That’s a killer burger. I don’t mind paying more, if it’s a decent size and tastes good. I used to love creaming soda, haven’t had one for years. And those chips! Looks like a winner.

You should definitely try Hong's chicken N beer in Runcorn. Hong's classic burger is the best beef burger i tried in Brisbane.

Im a smash burger guy but i was going to this place every day for like a week as i was working across the road. Expensive but decent burgers. One of the days they gave us free milk shakes haha.

My guess for the seasoning on the chips is a mix of salt, oregano and paprika, maybe some white pepper as well.

Saving all that beer money to afford this joint's offering in these cost of living pressure times here uh GregO... Bun etc. looked large but that patty appeared small but weighed well... I am a bit worried about these burger joints that charge these sorta prices for their longevity and the audience size there around probably speaks volumes and with Mary's in affluent Sydney and that silliness of Karen's going under recently... hmmm. Greg, if you haven't tried Super Combo burgers in Bowen Hills, you don't know what you are missing. Their Electric Thunder burger is the BEST hamburger that I have ever had. Actually that's not technically true, the Need a Napkin burger at the Sugar Creek Smokehouse is better but IMO smoked beef brisket burgers are a completely different animal to normal hamburgers.

Chips that give themselves a tick top burger and toasted bun stayed together as well. Big buns that what she said Greg said it.
