Scares me to see people get pissed when they're hit, or even when their car is scratched. I got hit lightly in my front bumper maybe a month after I picked my car up from the dealer. Gurl came out and looked like she was afraid and about to cry. No damage to my car nor hers. They're only material things. As long as the drivers and passengers are ok, anything is replaceable.

My car accident happened a mere 3 days after hospital discharge after having a major abdominal surgery. Another driver ran the red light and got the left front corner. I just had a small bump on my head from hitting the closed side window. The car was totaled per the insurance company. An exam at the ER showed no damage to my head. I do feel for you, Dave, I know full well how so very crushing emotionally an incident like this can be.

iron man yeah because AWD is all wheel drive but when it has three wheels it still drives on all of them. But if its 4WD and one of the wheels are messed up its not 4WD anymore. Edit: all wheel drive and 4 wheel drive are both correct. But you can see the diffrence on a youtube video search it up.

I agree with the cop. It's pretty useless. You can go fast but there are speedlimits. It cant haul much, it cant tow, few people can fit in it, insurance is outlandish, they cost a ton to fix, it's hard to find people to work on them, etc. It is a status symbol and some people dont care about that aspect.

BUT I have several friends who are both military and police who are told by their superiors to keep their opinions to themselves when in uniform to prevent negative reactions of the whole department. Also I belive that police should be model citizens that always take the high road and bite their lip. i'm not the biggest tipper but sometimes there's a voice in my head that says i need to tip. one time i helped a trucker unload tons of trees when i worked at Lowes. it was just me and him and like 300 trees. he didn't know english too good and asked for an "ay e em". i couldn't understand him but eventually he came back with some cash and tipped me 40 bucks.

Truck driver here. Yes, they are expensive. However they make the money that pays for them. We can earn around 200-300k yearly but after fuel, taxes, payments, maintenance etc it's much less. We're never home enough to drive them anyway 😭😭
