Savitriamma, came to work at Bannerghatta Biological Park almost by accident - when she was offered the job in 2002 on compassionate grounds after her husband passed away. She soon became a motherly figure for many animals in the Park. Watch the story of Bannerghatta Biological Park’s own animal whisperer.

Also a six year old doesn't have any life experiences and sufficient memories to recollect and introspect themselves to develop character. Sounds like a good idea at first but upon closer reflection- no. Opening up Savitri's amazing work thru a Netflix doc would invite too much attention from abroad. i literally live near bannerghata national park...must be 1 km max....and i never visited it....I would visit now and would like to contribute from my side so that all those little babies get best treatment and food. It takes real dedication and affection to take care of such timid creatures. Hats off to the lady and the entire park crew for taking care of the needy animals! And I'm so happy that this place is not a permanent zoo but a rehabilitation centre for the injured animals and they are later sent to the zoo when ready.

the innocence with which she said that once she spoke to the cubs over a phone call, they started to eat! that's how innocent and naive animals are, specially as infants. this is just not nurture, care and love towards animals. this also matching up to those energy levels by total indulgence & dedication. not the phone call, that energy she sent towards the cub was received & reciprocated.
