Yes that will work. Maybe try the flavors together before freezing to see if you like the taste of that combination. Personally, I'm not a fan of apricot and chocolate flavors mixed together, but you may well be. Enjoy ❤
Great idea, thank you for sharing! I'll try this for sure. FYI I find green stevia powder Great in wholefood desserts (the whole powdered leaf, not the chemically extracted steviosides.) I find it excellent with fruit and in quick banana-based nice creams, a little goes a long way (too much tastes gross, I think of it as a "sweet spice"), it really enhances the natural sweetness of the fruit. Great with frozen dishes as cold tends to reduce the sensitivity of sweet taste receptors a bit, which is why they put so much sugar in conventional ice creams (which when frozen taste Great but when melted taste so sweet!) Just a thought as I have a sweet tooth but also am a whole foodie, and this was a good solution for me. Keep up the great content, looking forward to your book!
Love it! I used to grow stevia in the garden... I should see if I can track one down again to grow at my new home. Thanks for the reminder :-) The book should reach you early new year as the factory has now closed for the holidays. Will keep you posted.
If I want to make yogurt with a thin tofu, I just add 1 capsule of probiotics (the refrigerated, live probiotics), and let it sit in a warm place for about 16 hours.
