Really liked that Coleman Camp Oven. A true Classic. Also, about your egg caddy... Get a bag of Cotton Balls and place some in the bottom of a Nalgene bottle. Then add eggs and some Cotton Balls between the eggs. Top it off with Cotton Balls. 🎉No broken eggs and no sills if you drop the bottle. Works 👍.
It sure is comforting watching someone who actually read the instructions and watched some great videos before actually showing a great video. Thanks for sharing with us Redbeard. Great video, stay safe and keep up the great work. Fred.0
I have been wanting to see a real time review of this stove! Thank you so much my Brutha for the the great video with with "real music" ❤️. Hug you dog 🐕 for me and tell him I said "good boy!"
I finally bought my oven when it was $50 as the price kept going higher! After I got my oven I found one at a garage sale still in the box for $6! Going to keep both of them too. What was your shortcake recipe? My husband loves strawberry shortcake. Really like the music too.
That's awesome, nice find at garage sale! Recipe was simple, biscuit mix from GF Live, smashed fresh strawberries without add sugar, and topped off with whipping cream. My wife can't have a regular biscuit because food allergies. I have a trip coming up very shortly that I am going to make gooey brownie, biscuit/gravy and either cinnamon rolls or monkey breads. More video coming soon. Thank you for watching!
I'll be over tomorrow afternoon for some of that strawberry shortcake LOL, You did that great. Looked so yummy 😋. I have two Coleman ovens and love them. Can't get better than Coleman. Great video and Great content 👍
Not that hard to maintain. I always use a full green can of propane and find the sweet spot of the dial to maintain at 350 for 15-20 minutes depending on what you are baking. Sometimes, I got lucky not to burn the bottom of goods, and sometimes, I burned the bottom from too hot on the bottom of the oven. I need to find the perfect size of the stone tray to put on the bottom to reduce the heat. I hope this helps.
@@RedbeardSasquatch experience is always helpful. I noticed the price for a pizza rock up here is about 40 bucks ! So I too will be looking into alternative heating control mass.
