Looks brilliant and easy to make Keith & Nat. Kebab day can be any day for me 😀 I found some decent sized pitta breads in Farmfoods if you wanted to fit a bit more filling in. They also sell the large naan breads in three flavours.

Hey Keith and nat hope you're both doing well, I've not been able to watch much lately, a really good tip Keith for the lamb is put it in a loaf tin and squash it down cook it and leave in fridge over night, tongmaster do a spice mix that's banging , food looked really tasty take care mush ❤❤

That looked yumyum Keith that chicken also looked yum you know what's gone into your kebab not like going to kebab shop you don't know what you are getting so the seasoning so cheap Keith heron sometimes have colemans spices like that kebab spice mix on offer I've had them for as little as 38p love fran xxxx❤

Hi Keith. Ironically Fat Andy posted a video today about a Spice Bag for Lamb Donner 2 people recommended he get and try off Amazon the Spice mix. He did made the recipe and he said tastes amazing the same but most likely better than any takeaway. Have a look at his video and maybe you can give it a try. I wish you would do your lives more at weekends as mostly im at work im the week so not able to join you.

There is a place in Coatbridge does all the takeaway flavours and seasonings plus lorne sausage, black pudding, haggis, and veg roll from Northern Ireland, sausage mixes etc. Can't remember the name though. Google should help. And it's not that chinese curry powder company, Yeoungs. they are from the same town. Also one called artesha's, or something do cracking tikka marinade, pakora mix etc. Just like the takeaway.

Always makes me laugh, you go to a kebab shop after a few pints, and when customers are asked by the staff if they want salad on their kebab they all say yes. Then you leave the shop and half the customers have taken the salad out and dumped it on the pavement lol! Another good video pal
